After coming to Narena, Sh. Dadu Ji initially stayed at Raghunath Mandir of Narena. The Visitors here used to make noises, after seeing the charming portraits carved on the walls, which disturbed the meditation of Maharja. When Sh. After the cremation of every Acharya, a dome is built and the 'foot marks' of the acharyas are established in the beautiful domes. The dome fifth Acharya Sh. Jayat Ram Ji, Maharaj, who is entitled as the incarnation of Sh. Dadu Ji, is also situated at the center. After washing the footprints in these domes and by drinking that water, all types of diseases are cured and wishes are fulfilled. The brith anniversary of Sh. ''Garib Dass Ji said, ''all right, first we serve food to this Hawk. But this is a holy place so meat cannot be served here. It will have to satisfy its hunger with jawar''. The Maharaj sent for the Jawar & the Hawk ate it happily. Seeing this, the whole Sikh sangat bowed before Jayat Ram Ji and touched the feet of the Maharaj. The then Prime Minister of India Smt. One night Dadu Ji was singing hymns in this Hall, situated on the bank of Ashrubindu Sarovar, when he saw miraculous awakening light coming from the heavens in the compound of the recitation hall. In the twinkling of an eye, great saint of the past, cow patrons, Prahlad etc. appeared in the compound. During the whole night they discussed about Enlightenment and God and before dawn, all So the Darshan of Bhajanshala is very significant in Narena. Shri Narena Ashrubindu Sarovar Narena Ashrubindu Sarovar is great sacred place in Dadu Nagar Narena. In the times immemorial, once the terror of Daityas increased on earth and heaven. All the Deities and Human beings were terrified badly. Then deities along with Brahma decide to pray to God for protection. All requested Shiv Ji as to when they could see God. Then Sankar said, ''God is omnipresent and there is no need to search him anywhere. We can pray to God to appear before us at this very place. God will appear here at our request.'' Hearing this all started praying. God appeared there and asked the reason of the request. Then all the deities told their tale of woe. God Narena felt grieved. The place where his tears fell on earth, become the famous Ashrubindu Sarovar. Later Gauri Shah turned the Narena Ashrubindu Sarovar into a beauty spot. It is said that Gauri Shah was suffering from Leprosy and it was incurable. He went to Ajmer hoping that Khwaja Pir would cure of him leprosy but became disappointed. While returning, he heard from people about Ashrubindu Sarovar so he stayed at its bank. Here he took a bath in the pure clean water and also drank it. As soon as he took the bath, he was cured of leprosy. Pleased with this, he constructed this and gave a grand appearance to the sarovar. He also bult a great Tripolia on its bank. Platform (Chabutra ) of Garib Das At the entrance of the Dadu temples it is great Chabutra under a huge banyan tree. All visitors to Narena pay homage to it. Garib Dass Ji and other saints used to say hyms here. The Emperor Jahangir built this chabutra. Once, the Emperor of Delhi, Jahangir thought of visiting Khwaja Muinuddin Chihti at Ajmer. His mother Jodha Bai told him that there was the Dadu temple in Narena on the way and his father had performed there Dadu Sangat for forty Days. Now in Narena temple lived a discciple of Dadu Ji Maharaj namely Garib Dass and he was also a great saint. He must see him while traveling for Ajmer. The emperor ordered to make arrangement to stay near Narena. It was done so. But it was hot summer seasons & there was great scarcity of water. So the emperor has great hesitation & it seemed very difficuty to stay there with a large number of officials and soldiers. In this confusion, Jahangir went to Dadu Dwara to Sh. Garib Dass Ji. After salutation, he sat before him and said, ''l have come for your darshan and satsang. Thought of staying here for four Days, but I have a large numbers of followers & there is a great scarcity of water. All the wells, ponds, lakes etc. are dry here. The ponds of these places cannot satisfy our need of water. If you kindly provide us water, we can enjoy your satsang, otherwise.....'' Hearing the request of the emperor Jahangir, Garib Dass Ji thouht that it was their duty to give facility to the visitors of Dadu Dham. So they should be provided with water by causing rain. So the Maharaj took the vina in his hand, filled it with megh Malhar tune and begun to sing the 327th verse of . As soon as he started singing the weather becaome overcast with clouds and it began raining heavily. In a short time, all ponds were filled with water. Water entered the tents of the emperor. The servants of the emperor came running & said'', your majesty, the tents are filled with water & the cattle are being washed away. If the rain does not stop immediately, the tents & human beings will also be washed away and their will be great havoc. ''Hearing this the emperor fell into the feet of Garib Dass Ji Maharaj & requested'', Maharaj, Protect us, If the rain does not stop at once, there can be veavy loss to life and property. You are the incarnation of God you are very kind, Please stop the rain soon. ''Hearing the request, Sh. Garib Dass stopped singing the verse and also the veena. The rain also stopped. Seeing this mircacle, the rain emperor offered to give him many parganas of Ajmer-Sambhar. But the Maharaj did not accept anything. After much reques, the Maharaj accepted some service in the premises itself. Jahangir built a well in Dadu Dham, a cottage for the Maharaj to live in, a high gate and a big chabutra near the high gate. An edict is found here of that time. It is all a worth seeing place here. A Huge Cauldron About 150 yrs Ago, the nuber of Dadu saints was about 80-90 thousand. There were millions of followers of this great Sadhu Society. We can imagine how big a crowd use to gather at Narena Dadu Dham on the occasion of Falguni Mela. The arrangement of food for this huge crowd was done by Dadu Dwara. Gave an order that 350 ''Mann ''(i.e.one lakh forty thousand two hundred kg.) of salt from sambhar lake should be given every year to the Dadu Dwara free of charge. A big cart was built for the purpose of carrying it to Dadu Dwara in Narena. It is the biggest cauldron of cooking food in the world. Pulses, curry etc. were cooked it in it. Climbing on the high stair case, the cooked substance was drawn with the help of buckets tied with ropes. This great cauldron & the big iron plate for frying Malpuas are worth seeing. Barah Dari of Sanyasis (Chaubhita) All the Mandleshwars of that time built the Barah Dari of Sanyasis in Dadu Dham. Seth Patram Dass Ji, the great disciple of Kahnnad Dass Ji, bought its land. He belonged to the Chaudhery family of Bhiwani. He built a huge Barah Dari- chaubhita and a well. An edict of that time is still there. Khak Chowk Near it there is a Khak chowk, a very holy place. It is a big chabutra built on a high place.
